I healed while I cleaned my home today. Misted Florida water and wafted sage smoke from back to front. Demanded that anything that is not good for our home, or good for our bodies, leaves…

Including Endometriosis. Including Lynch Syndrome.

My eyes pooled with tears thinking about beginning 2024 with a Stage 4 Endometriosis diagnosis and 2025 with a Lynch Syndrome PMS2 Diagnosis.

I tended to my spiritual altars and ancestral altars while I winced at the sharp throbbing pain in my pelvis and stomach that arrived.
